• Providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
• Complying with professional practice standards in Morocco

5. Client Commitments
You commit to :
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Respecting scheduled appointment times
• Pay fees according to the agreed terms
• Respect the established therapeutic framework

6. Payment Terms
• Payment by credit/debit card
• Prices displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)

7. Intellectual Property
The therapeutic methods and approaches used are the intellectual property of the Clinic.

8. Disputes
• Jurisdiction : Courts of Casablanca
• Governing law : Moroccan law

9. Amendments
The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use.
